Aimee Fuszard Becker brings a unique blend of education, experience, and passion to every residential construction project she leads. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from UC Davis and a Master’s degree from John F. Kennedy University. Currently completing her Construction Project Management and Planning Certificate through Columbia University, Aimee is committed to lifelong learning and raising the bar in every project she takes on.

Before founding Piress Project Management, Aimee co-founded and helped grow Becker Construction Group, where she discovered her true calling: empowering homeowners and general contractors through organized, thoughtful, and expert project management. With a strong foundation in producing high-level marketing and event projects, Aimee brings sharp coordination skills and a results-driven mindset to the world of construction.

She launched Piress to support more homeowners and general contractors with personalized project management services. Whether serving as an Owner’s Representative for a homeowner or integrating into a GC’s team, Aimee provides flexible, responsive support tailored to each project’s unique needs.

Her superpower? Wrapping her arms around large, complex remodels and making sure they finish on time, on budget, and with excellence. Based in Truckee, Aimee is your boots-on-the-ground presence—keeping a close eye on your project and ensuring that communication is always clear, quick, and proactive. She’s a fierce advocate for both homeowners and contractors, always putting collaboration and quality first.
